Debridement Wound

Please give your input on if this would qualify as debridement and which code you would use...

Patient received a laceration of his hand with a fillet knife. He was given a digital block on both digits which are about 3/4 cm on the fourth digit and 1 cm on the 5th digit. He had quite a bit of bleeding which subsided after irrigation with approximately 300 cc polymyxin solution with an irrigation tip. The wound does probe pretty deep. I am pretty sure he nicked both tendons in the process. He is unable to flex his fifth finger at either the PIP or DIP. The wound was again copiously irriated as mentioned before and was hemostatic afterwards. The area was anesthetized with a total of 20 cc of 1% Lidocaine without epinephrine. Given Tetanus and 1 Grm Ancef IV. The orthopedic surgeon recommends healing by secondary intestion with irrigation and bulky dressing and following up with him in the morning.

Would this be debridement or part of the e/m for the ER visit?
