Debridement measurment

Cheryl Posted Thu 19th of May, 2016 14:09:17 PM
What would be the square measurement of a debridement area of 15cm x 12cm x 8cm? Debridement was done through to the fascia.

To determine your area of debridement in square centimeters, multiply the width by the length. In this case, it would be 180 sq cm (15 X 12). The depth of the debridement reflects the deepest layer of the viable tissue removed.
