Bill CT head w/o contrast (70450) twice on a single day. While coding the 2nd time on the same day, append modifier 77 to the CPT code to indicate that the repeat Px was performed by different doctor.

Similarly, bill CT extremity twice on the same day, but append modifier 76 to the 2nd time CPT, to show that it was repeated on same day, by the same doctor.

Make sure that in both the cases, you have supporting documents to prove the medical necessity of repeating the Px's on same day, in order to avoid any denial.
