What CPT code would I use for a CT guided right 11th rib injection? OP note reads: An initial noncontract CT was used for targeting and trajectory planning. The right 11th rib fracture was identified. The overlying skin was prepared and draped in usual fashion. A 25 gauge needle was advanced adjacent to the fracture under CT fluoroscopic guidance. A mixture containing Kenalog 40 and lidocaine 1% was prepared and administered through the needle.

CPT 20605 can be used for the injection and CPT 77002 can be used fluoroscopic guidance.

As there is no CCI edits between the codes, so both codes can be billed together.
