If Doctor dictates a CT Chest High Resolution without contrast and a separate report for CT chest with contrast, can we bill for CT Chest with & without contrast?

CT Chest High Resolution without contrast itself means CT Chest Without and With Contrast. So, additionally no need to code for CT chest with contrast separately. All, we need is to Code only 71270
