I need help coding the above. The dictation states as follow:

The patient was places supine on the CT table. Under sterile conditions, an 18 gauge chiba needle was advanced nto the lumen on the gallbladder with a single pass. slightly cloudy bile appeared from the hub. 10 cc was collected and sent in a sterile specimen cup for cultures. very dilute sterile contrast material was then injected and repeat imaging confirmed proper positioning. the needle was exchanged for a 0.035 Amplatz superstiff guidewire, followed by a 6 french, 8 french, and 10 french dilators and theny by a 10 french all purpose self-retaining cope loop drainage catheter. the loop was formed within the gallbladder. repeat imaging demonstrated intraluminal placement. the tube was attached to skin with tube adhesive and sterilely dressed. the tube was hooked to bag drainage.
