The doctor did a Right Frontal Craniotomy w/ resection of right frontal mass (diagnosis: brain metastasis) with the use of Image-guided stereotactic navigation. Would this be the 61500? I am not too familiar with these procedures, so any tips to help identify the correct coding would be greatly appreciated.

You should report code 61510 (Craniectomy, trephination, bone flap craniotomy; for excision of brain tumor, supratentorial, except meningioma) for excision of brain tumor.

For Image-guided stereotactic navigation, you may choose code from following codes 61781, 61782, or 61783 depending upon your documentation.
