Tierni Posted Tue 29th of November, 2016 13:14:51 PM
I need pricing for CPT J0775 and looked this up on Supercoder. No fee was listed, however, a Code Dosage in the amount 0.01 mg was, along with a Payment Limit of 41.415. What exactly does the payment limit mean? Is that the number of units that may be billed within a years time?

Payment limit also known as annual limit is the benefit your company will pay in a year. Payment limit may be placed on dollar amount of covered services or number of visits that will be coved by perticular service. It is different from number of units, which means number of services allowed per day. However, for fee one needs to check with their payer.
