what CPT code do I use for the following:
History: time of surgery in trying to accomplish an epidural anesthetic, he had a piece of a spinal needle broken off, approx. 4-5cm below the surface of the skin at level L2-L3.
Title of Operation:
Laminectomy incision
Removal of retained spinal needle at L2-L3 level
Continous fluoroscopy

"approx. 4-5cm below the surface of the skin at level L2-L3" makes me code to 20525 depending on the location (extent) of the FB, not the area.
