Pre and Postoperative Diagnosis: Left Cervical spondylosis, C5-6, C6-7, with cervical discs.
Procedure Performed: Anterior discectomy and osteophytectomy for decompression at C5-6 and C6-7, with allograft fusion and Zephyr plating.
This case was monitored with sensory evoked potentials throughout the case. There were no changes.
Pathology Report Later Indicated: Benign bone and tissue.

Thank you for the query.
CPT 22551, 22552, 20931 and 22845. No need to bill for decompression 6xxxx series code as fusion code includes the work of decompression. For intraoperative monitoring bill CPT 95925 (somatosensory evoked potential study of upper limb) along with 95940 and CPT 95941 depending upon time of monitoring.
