CPT codes for Chlamydia testing: 87110, 87270, 87320, 87490, 87491, 87492, 87810.

CPT codes for Pap: Q0091, 88141-88155, 88164, 88167, 88174, 88175.

Some insurance companies consider HCPCS Code Q0091 for Screening Pap smear included in the E/M visit; however, if the Pap screening was performed along with the preventive medicine E/M service, then it can billed separately with the preventive medicine E/M service.

Furthermore, the CPT codes for laboratory and pathological services for pap testing can be reported separately.
