We are looking to get a RetinaVue machine to do eye exams in our family practice office and I need to know if we can bill for these CPT codes CPT 92250, 92227, 92228. We will be performing the test but images will be sent to retinal specialist for review and report

You should bill CPT codes with TC modifier for the technical component that was provided by you and the retina specialist will bill the professional component (26 modifier) for the CPT codes.
