Provider performed "tenodesis of the inferior aspect of the fibers which were still intact adjacent to the bony cortical defects, during a allograph injection. Would the code for the tenodesis be 23929? Would you also bill an arthrogram 27648?

As per your suggested codes 23929 (Unlisted procedure, shoulder) and 27648 (Injection procedure for ankle arthrography) it is not clearly indicating that tenodesis was performed on which anatomical site. hence assuming tenodesis was performed on the upper extremity so the applicable codes would be 29828, 23430, 24340, 23395, 23397.

Choose appropriate code as per your operative report.
