As per the above documentation, CPT code 27360 seems to be the closest one and see if the documentation supports this code or else the next possible CPT would be the unlisted CPT code 27599.

The excision is a loose body (bone fragment).

As per above information, appropriate CPT codes seems to be either 29874 (if done arthroscopically) or 27331 (if done open).
