I need a CPT code for a surgery: Vitrectomy with TPA,irrigation of subretinal blood, removal of subretinal clot, Endolaser internal drainage, total air-fluid exchange, Endolaser photocoagulation.
DX: Submacular hemorrhage, large on the right eye from macular degeneration.
