"I NEED A CPT CODE FOR SUTURE LYSIS BY LASER AFTER A TRABECULECTOMY SURGERY AND CATARACT"

Suture removal is never separately payable. It is part of the global surgical fee or part of the eye code billed. Laser suture lysis is considered suture removal.
