Excision of granulation tissue, revision of perineal wound, colpoperineorrhaphy The scalpel was used to excised the granulation tissue. Bovie cauterization was used to ensure hemostasis. 3-0 PDS was used to reapproximate the upper part of the perineal body. The vaginal epithelium was closed with a running 3-0 Vicryl and the perineal skin was closed with a series of vertical mattress sutures using 3-0 Vicryl. Excellent hemostasis was noted at the end of the procedure. The hiatus accommodated two fingers with no strictures. Would you code as 12020?
