help with coding please. this is my documentation and I believe is enough to bill the above. technique: real time gray scale evaluation was performed over the pelvic contents using transabdominal approach. imaging was performed for evaluation of the uterus and adnexal regions in particular. doppler imaging was obtained of the ovaries.
results: there is a simple cyst in the left ovary measuring 2.5 cm. there is trace free fluid noted in the cul-de-sac. the uterus is 7.5 x 4.9x 3.8 cm. endometrial thickness is 7.0 mm. the right ovary is 4.8 x 2.2x2.1 cm. the right ovary shows follicles. doppler flow is present in both ovaries. the bladder wall thickness appears within normal limits. a foley catheter is in place. opinion please. thank you
