CPT 82375

Can a physician bill CPT 82375 in an outpatient setting?

Medicare does not allow payment of these lab tests in ASC.

OPPS Status Indicator is “A”, which defines –
Not paid under OPPS. Paid by A/B Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) under a fee schedule/payment system other than OPPS.

So, it will not be paid if billed in an outpatient setting.
