When your staff administers a Ciprodex (J1100, Injection, dexamethasone sodium phosphate, 1 mg), normally you would report 96372 (Therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic injection [specify substance or drug]; subcutaneous or intramuscular). But because you state that he put this in the patient's ear, that does not qualify for "subcutaneous or intramuscular."
