correct lap code to use

Lynn Posted Mon 07th of March, 2016 10:00:17 AM

What code would I use for laproscopic bilateral pelvic and obturator lymphadenectomy? I am using 58571 for the hysterectomy.
I used 38572 but the doctor said that the periarotic part is a "complete" dissection not a sampling.
