My physician does lumbar epidural steroid injections in the office with contrast material. Are we allowed to bill for this along with the 62311 or is it included in the main procedure code? I know it is bundled with ces (62310).

Contrast injection is included in epidural injection, but you can bill the contrast agent or dye separately. Yes, you can bill contrast agents separately with 62310 as well.
