Complex Cataract Surgery

Scenario: Patient underwent a complex cataract surgery (66982) and at the time of the surgery previous surgical incisions came open and further surgery and sutures were necessary (66250)
Am I using the appropriate codes and do I need an additional modifier when using the 66250?
66982 RT, 66250 RT

Use modifier 59 with 66250 to bill with 66982 and append RT modifier with both the codes.
