In what order and what CPT codes would you code for three separate services performed at one colonoscopy setting.

Use below mentioned codes and modifiers accordingly.

1. CPT code 45384 or 45385 for polypectomy on the basis of technique.
2. CPT 45380 - 59
3. CPT 45388 - 59.

Use 59 modifier with codes, if the biopsies and ablation are performed on different-different polyps or areas.
