My doctor did laproscopic lysis of adhesions , bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and bilateral pelvic lymph node sampling
DX is incompletely staged endometrial cancer. How would you code this case? No hysterectomy was done.

The most appropriate code is 58661 and we will notcode for the lysis of adhesions because it is inclusive with right salpingo-oophorectomy.
For pelvic lymph node sampling 38562-52-50 seems appropriate.
Endometrial cancer-C54.1
