For ureteroscopy with biopsy and fulguration, use 52354, Cystourethroscopy, with ureteroscopy and/or pyeloscopy; with biopsy and/or fulguration of ureteral or renal pelvic lesion.

For percutaneous nephrostomy tube placement, use 50392, Introduction of intracatheter or catheter into renal pelvis for drainage and/or injection, percutaneous.
