Lynn Posted Thu 11th of February, 2016 08:36:24 AM

My doctor performed the following procedures.
Operative laparoscopy with lysis of adhesions, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, bilateral ureterolysis, partial omentectomy, and rigid sigmoidoscopy.
Would you could as 58661 45300 49329 and 50949?

You can code- 58661, 50949-50, 49329, 45300, I have just added modifier 50 for for Bilateral Ureterolysis. CPT 50949 is for Ureter so added modifier 50 for bilateral procedure.
