What CPT code(s) should be billed if a Cervical spine x-ray 5 views, Lumbar spine 3 views and Thoracic spine 2 views are performed for pain?

You can bill the codes with below mentioned CPT codes if provider performs 3 separate x-rays of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Alsoe you should have seperate reports for each level taken:-

Cervical spine-72050

Lumbar spine 3 views- 72100

Thoracic spine 2 views 72070
