Would the correct coding of the procedures below be:64445,64520,77003?

Using fluoroscopic guidance - a #25-gauge, 2-inch Quincke tip block needle was inserted through the sacrococcygeal ligament into the distal caudal canal.
#25-gauge needle was inserted caudally into the distal sacrococcygeal joint. Appropriate positioning was confirmed with the injection of 0.2 mL of myelogram safe contrast dye showing spread within the distal coccygeal joint space as well as some slight ventral spread. This was followed by a solution of 0.2 mL of 4% lidocaine and 0.1 mL of betamethasone solution.

For the injections, typically the three procedure codes ("CPT codes") are: 77003 (fluoroscopic guidance), 64520 (sympathetic nerve block, which is the ganglion Impar block), and 64450 (somatic nerve block at the coccyx).
