Code for Warden procedure

Lynn Posted Thu 14th of April, 2016 09:33:50 AM
is there a CPT code for a Warden procedure or would code 33645 be sufficient, and/or another code? Thank you Sinus venosus defect with partial anomalous pulmonary venous return. Warden procedure with right superior vena caval reconstruction utilizing the atrial appendage, oversewing of the superior vena caval stump and Gore-Tex patch closure of atrial level defect to baffle the pulmonary veins into left atrium.

Hi, 33645 for Direct or patch closure, sinus venosus, with or without anomalous pulmonary venous drainage and CPT 34502 for reconstruction of vena cava, any method. Thanks
