Chiropractic Treatment `98940`

Pauline Posted Thu 22nd of March, 2012 20:49:16 PM

We have just added a Chiropractor to our Billing Group.
The treatment that is indicated on the Chiropractic Progress Record reads as follows: treatment consisted of interferential 80-120hz and infrared to lumbar spine for 10 minutes; myofascial release lumbar spine, PNF stretches.
Is this sufficient information to code as follows: 98940. 97026, 97140 and PNF stretches I'm not sure what the code would be for this?
Thank you.
