SuperCoder Posted Thu 20th of February, 2014 18:26:01 PM

Dr does botox neurolysis fo the facial muscles bilatfor chronic migrage and then bilat cervical muscles for cervical dystonia. How would you bill?

The 64615 code includes injections for muscles innervated by the facial nerve as well as cervical spinal muscles and would be used to report chemodenervation for chronic migraine treatment rather than the two separate codes
