Chemo infusion new to the field

What other codes am I missing? Pt comes for chemo every two weeks. Infusion via pump for 48 hrs. Return nect day for drig cartridge replacement. How to code for the outsourcing? 96416, 96521 do my codes look correct?

Thank you for your question.

You are correct 96416 is the correct code to bill for chemo Infusion via pump for 48 hrs.

However, for cartridge replacement you may have to check with your documentation either code 96521 or 96522 will apply. If the replacement of cartridge is done in implantable pump, then we will go for 96522.  Feel free to ask for any further query.
