1. Left heart cath
2. selective rt & lt coronary angios
3. Lt ventriculogram
4. Intracoronary sonography of LAD
5. Atherectomy - balloon dilation of proximal LAD
6. Bare metal stent implantation into the proximal LAD
7. Selective right common femoral angiogram
8.Percutaneous closure of rt femoral arterial puncture with Angio-Seal
9. Conscious sedation
10. Radiographic supervision and interpretation.

Would it be correct to code this as follows:

Final coding will depend on the documentation (for instance, documentation that the LHC was diagnostic). Consider these codes:
93458-26-59 – LHC, coronary angios, ventriculogram
92978-26 – IVUS
92980-LD - stent (atherectomy code 92995 can’t be reported with 92980)
