The device was interrogated and its parameters recorded: telemetered electrograms and pacing and sensing thresholds were measured.
Lidocaine was infiltrated in the area overlying the device. An incision was made over the existing incision. The device header suture was removed, and the device was removed from the pocket. the pocket was refashioned inferiorly and medially. The pocket was flushed with vancomycin solution. The device was placed in a Tyrx envelope in the revised pocket. The header was sutured superiorly and medially to the pre pectoral fascia. The envelope was also secured to the prepectoral fascia. After securing the device, the location of the device was assessed. The location of the device from the shoulder was 4 fingerbreadths medially.
The pocket was flushed, wound hemostasis was obtained with electrocautrey and arista. The would was closed in 3 layers. A pressure dressing was placed . The device was analyzed and reprogrammed.

Indication: pain when patient moves arm

Patient is not in a global period. Can we code 33222.52 & 93286.26?
