As per the provided documentation code 93458-59 and 92928-LC should be billed.


If a temporary pacemaker is placed as pre-caution/prevention/prophylactic measures and per Medicare guidelines: prophylactic insertion of a temporary transvenous pacemaker (33210-33211), repositioning or replacement of catheters and administration of medications during the procedure are included in the procedure and are not separately reportable.
