Op Note reads.....Transconjunctival incision was then made on the inferior border of tarsus from the lateral canthal angle to the medial canthal angle. The conjunctiva was elevated and the lover lid retractors were recessed off of conjunctiva and the inferior border of tarsus. In the resultant defect, ultimately measuring roughly 1.75 cm x .05 cm. it was sewn into the inferior border of tarsus with a running #6.0 plain suture and to the conjunctiva and lover lid retractors with a running #6.0 vicryl suture...... so it is not skin substitute because it is in the inside of the lower eyelid, so does that qualify as "soft tissue". Thanks

It would fall under an unlisted procedure and Medicare many times considers non-autografts to be not separately reportable.
