Would C1771 be considered an Implant. Aetna pays us for Implants but they are denying C1771 and paid the second code we billed 57288. What is the correct way to bill this for an ASC.

Code C1771 is for device and sling graft. So we advise you to report code C1762 (Connective tissue, human (includes fascia lata)).
