The graft was accessed using a micropuncuture needle towards the arterial anastomosis. Micropuncture wire was placed thru the needle & replaced with a 5French mircrocath sheath. A 0.035 stiff angled glidewire was placed thru the sheath and advanced retrograde up the left brachial artery. The microcath sheath was upsized to 6French short Brite Tip sheath. The 8x40 balloon angioplasty was used to balloon the main body of the focal stenosis after the arterial anastomosis. Repeat angiography via catheter in the left brachial artery showed no residual stenosis of AVG. I coded 36902. Is this correct? Can the Brachial artery cath and angio be coded (36215/75710)?
