Bone Spurs at interphalangeal joint

Linda Posted Tue 24th of July, 2012 18:39:12 PM

How should removal bone spur at the interphalangel joint be coded?
Don't know if it matters which digit but in this case procedre is done on bilat. hallux.

Dx is painful bone spurs. I am using 729.91. Do you agree with that ICD codes.
