bone grafts with prosthetic material

Sally Posted Mon 11th of January, 2010 22:09:02 PM

when using procedure code "21125" can we charge separately for prosthetic material? If so, how should it be coded?

Yes, you can bill prosthetic materials (HCPCS codes) separately with 21125. Like D7995, D7996 and others.
