Is there a code I can use for biopsy of stoma (ilieal mucosa) in the office/everything I have looked at is much more extensive/ the dr excised a small piece of the stoma and put a stitch in to control bleeding and sent out for pathology which came back small intestinal mucosa with acute and chronic inflammation,mucosal erosion and granulation tissue
