Our patient has an ileal conduit due to a previous cystectomy. My surgeon performed a loopogram and a retrograde pyelogram through the ileal conduit and also used the cystoscope to take 3 biopsies of the ileal conduit. What code would be used for the biopsy of the ileal conduit?

Use CPT code 44382 for this procedure. This would be the post appropriate CPT code.
