Our provider currently bills POS 11. And if we were to have a Satellite location for COVID19 Antibody testing, Would we still be able to bill as POS 11? One potential location would be inside of another provider's office, would this matter in this situation??

As per latest guidelines, any telehealth visit related to COVID-19 testing would be billed under POS 11. Medicare will pay the non-facility amount for telehealth services when they are billed with the place of service (POS) the physician would have used if the service had been provided in person (e.g., POS 11 – Office). Physicians should append modifier -95 to the claim lines delivered via telehealth. Claims with POS 02 – Telehealth will be paid at the normal facility rate, which is typically less than the non-facility rate under the Medicare physician fee schedule.
Append CS modifier for covid-19 testing-related services that result in an order for or administration of a covid-19 test.
