We have nonradiologists who use fluoro guidance when doing joint injections in an outpatient surgery setting (example: 20610, 77001) Can we bill for both the pro and tech components of 77002?

If your documentation supports the use of fluoroscopy guidance for localization of the needle for injection procedure, then you can bill for the services in either ways.

You can bill 77002 without any modifier OR with modifiers-26 Professional component, TC (Technical component).
