Billing multiple surgeries same day, same physician

Alexis Posted Thu 10th of January, 2013 18:26:32 PM

We performed bilateral eyelid surgery for a patient doing both blepharaplasty upper lids '15823' and repair of brow ptosis '67900'. How can I bill for these two procedures on the same day and also how do I bill for each eye RT and LT? Essentially, this was four surgeries done at the same time.

Though they being four surgeries, all are performed in the same session and since no bundling exists between these codes both will be reported.
