Hi Darren,

Nerve repair in spine can be billed by using CPT code 64910.

Additionally, CPT code 64910 indicates each nerve. Therefore, you may report 64910 for each nerve where the provider performs the procedure. To report, use 64910 and 64910 to 59, appending modifier 59 to the second and third code to indicate that the distinct procedural service rules were met for a separate procedure and separate site.
