for Bilateral revision of breast reconstruction w/insertion of tissue expanders what is the best CPT code to use for the following op note descriptions? The previous vertical incision was used for exposure. An incision was made through the skin and the underlying aloderm, which had nicely incorporated into the skin. The existing implant was removed and then open casulotomies carried out to facilitate tissue expansion. A 450 ml round tissue expander was used and was inserted through the same incision. The tissue expander was inflated to 400 ml. The skin envelope was frequently checked and showed normal capillary filling during the expansion. Incisions were closed. Similar procedure was then carried out on the left side.

Hi, are there any other details of this procedure apart from the ones stated above? As per current documentation, 19380-50 should be appropriate. If there are any other details of this procedure, request you to please share for more clarity. Thank you.
