Hi, For the above scenario, please find the answer: DX: 1.anterior inferior left shoulder instability: M25.312; 2.Bankart tear: S43.015A (Considering left shoulder to be affected accoridng to Dx1 and initial encounter); 3.posterior articular Hill-Sachs defect: S42.295A; 4.Osteochondral loose body, anterior glenohumeral joint: M24.012. PROCEDURE: 1.arthroscopic Bankart repair: 29806; 2.arthroscopic removal of loose body which was displaced osteochondral fragment from Hill-Sachs defect: 29819. CCI edits bundles both these procedure codes, so you may append modifier 59, Distinct procedural service with it. Hope this helps! Thanks.
