DIAGNOSIS:

1. Left shoulder anterior Bankart tear with anterior inferior instability = M25.312

2. 5-10% anterior inferior glenoid bone loss = M89.8X1

3. Partial articular-sided delamination tear of the supraspinatus tendon, 25-30% = M75.112.

PROCEDURE:

1. Left shoulder arthroscopic Bankart repair = CPT code 29806 - LT (As per NCCI guidleines, you CANNOT bill this procedure along with Rotator Cuff Repair).

2. Left shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair including transtendon repair of the delaminated supraspinatus articular-sided tear = CPT code 29827 - LT.
